Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

- Expedited International:Estimated delivery in 4–7 business days after processing.
4.3 United Kingdom & European Union
- Standard International:Estimated delivery in 7–21 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times to the EU may vary depending on customs processing.
- Tracked International:Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days after processing, with enhanced visibility throughout transit.
4.4 Australia, New Zealand & Other International Destinations
- Standard International:Estimated delivery in 10–25 business days after processing.
- Tracked International:Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days after processing, with end-to-end tracking.
Please note: All international delivery timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, regional holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
4.5 How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- The weight and dimensions of your order
- The shipping speed you select
We believe in transparency, so you will always see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
4.6 Free Shipping
We are happy to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the United States. When your order meets the minimum threshold, the discount is automatically applied at checkout—no code needed. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and cannot be combined with expedited or express options.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. You can also log in to your account on our Site to view order status and tracking details.
Tips for Tracking:
- Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, don’t worry—sometimes carriers scan packages at key checkpoints only.

6. SHIPPING DELAYS & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, sometimes delays happen. These may be caused by:

We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, once a package is handed to the carrier, it is under their care.
- Damaged Packages:If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Lost Packages:If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us, and we will investigate with the carrier.
- Stolen Packages:We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. However, we understand how frustrating this is. Please contact us, and we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier or local authorities.
9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
For international orders, please be aware that your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or VAT fees upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential fees. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these charges, and they are non-refundable.
10. RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
